Frederic has advised organisations navigating growth, complexity, or transformation — helping them design people-centric, behaviourally-aligned workplace strategies. He’s worked with global banks, tech giants, insurers, mining groups, airlines, defence contractors, and public agencies — aligning strategy with space, systems, and culture. His experience spans real estate, design, change enablement, talent, and behavioural insight — and his strength lies in systems-level thinking that links strategy with impact.

Our “Workplace MRI” — a fast, survey-based diagnostic that reveals how people really work and what’s driving or blocking performance across culture, space, leadership and digital tools.
How is a Workplace MRI different from a traditional survey?
Traditional surveys give scores. The Workplace MRI connects behaviours, hybrid habits, digital friction, inclusion and environmental satisfaction into one coherent picture — so leaders and designers can act with confidence, not assumptions.
Who is CultureFit360™ for?
Executives, HR/People & Culture, Corporate Real Estate and Design partners — supporting strategy, hybrid optimisation, space planning and change enablement (no vendor lock-in).
How long does the survey take?
Typically 12–15 minutes per participant on desktop or mobile.
What do we get at the end?
A clear diagnostic with prioritised recommendations, behavioural personas, friction mapping and an action roadmap. Optional add-ons: Insight Playbook and portfolio/design guidelines.
How fast are results available?
